Professional preparatory education
 
   The list of compulsory dance subjects of the Riga Choreography School is following: classical dance, character dance, early dances, rhythmics, Latvian folk dance, acrobatic, music, modern or jazz dance, repertoire.
   Starting from the second year of the studies students of Riga Choreography school take parts in ballet performances of the Latvian National opera.
